About Us

It's been a dream to start a food venture of my own. 16 Yrs back there was an attempt, but we failed after running it for two years.

Time passed as my professional career was on a steady approach until receesion came, which put me out of Job. Thus was born Nirmal's Kitchen in Jaipur.

The best way to describe our food is low-calorie easily digestible food; spicy but not very hot. That's why people enjoy us, plus we're very reasonably-priced too. Customers support comes to us by way of introducing to other prospective clients (we expect the business to grow by word-of-mouth only and therefore are ensuring that we keep Your taste buds and stomach happy!)
